Do I need a data team to use InsightIA?
No. Our business KPIs are ready to use, and the Insight Launch team takes care of connecting your sources. Your users ask their questions in natural language.
Where is my data hosted?
On Microsoft Azure in European regions or, for the Enterprise plan, in a dedicated environment — including on your premises with “InsightIA Private”. With your Microsoft sources, your data stays in your own tenant. Your data is never used to train public AI models.
Can agents act without my consent?
No. Agents read and analyse; every external action (email, Teams message, reminder) is subject to human approval and recorded in the audit log.
How do you guarantee the accuracy of the figures?
The AI does not freely write queries against your data: it relies on KPIs defined and validated with your business teams, calculated by a deterministic engine. Every answer displays how it was calculated, and our answers were reconciled 100% with an independent Power BI report.
We already have a data warehouse and Power BI. Is this useful?
It's actually the best starting point. InsightIA Discover analyses your warehouse and Power BI models, reuses your KPI definitions and queries the warehouse directly in read-only mode. Your investment is leveraged, not replaced.
My software isn't in the list of connectors. What can I do?
Most systems run on a SQL database or can export files: our generic SQL connector or file import covers these cases. Otherwise, we build the connector as part of your pilot.
Can it be used in Arabic?
Yes. InsightIA understands questions in Arabic, Tunisian Darija, French and English.
